GS CNC Solutions has run a full-service machine shop in Brampton since 2005 — CNC turning, CNC milling, manual machining, stick/MIG/TIG welding, fabrication and on-site industrial plant support, from single prototypes to full production runs.
Why GS CNC
Two decades of running CNC and manual machines side-by-side has taught us one thing: reliability isn't a feature, it's the job.
Since taking ownership of an established Brampton machine shop in 2005, we've grown into a full-service partner trusted for accuracy, consistency and follow-through.
Modern CNC turning and milling sit alongside manual machines and certified stick, MIG and TIG welding — more of your job gets handled under one roof.
One-off prototype or a long production run — we scale our shop to your job, instead of asking you to scale your order to fit ours.

Client feedback
"GS CNC has become our go-to shop for anything that needs to be right the first time. Their turnaround on prototype runs beats anyone else we've used in the GTA."
"We called them during an unplanned shutdown and they had a crew on-site within hours. That kind of response from an outside shop is rare."
"From reverse-engineering an obsolete part to running full production, they handled the entire job in-house. No chasing three different vendors."

About Us
A skilled, hands-on team running modern CNC and manual machinery under one roof.
Our story
GS CNC Solutions Ltd of Brampton, Ontario assumed ownership of an existing machine shop in 2005. From that point forward, we've grown substantially — not by chasing every trend in manufacturing, but by reinvesting in people and equipment.
Today, that means a team of highly skilled, experienced machinists and welders working with some of the most modern manual and CNC-controlled machinery available, alongside equipment that's stood the test of time.
We qualify in many kinds of machining, and we weld using manual stick rod, MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) processes. We welcome all business — whether it's quantity production or a small, one-off job.
Our growth
GS CNC Solutions takes ownership of an established Brampton machine shop and begins reinvesting in people and equipment.
Modern CNC turning and milling machinery is added alongside manual equipment; the team grows in skill and welding capability spans stick, MIG and TIG processes.
From prototype machining to full industrial plant support, GS CNC Solutions handles it under one roof, for businesses of any size.
Our mission
Whether it's a single prototype part or a multi-thousand-unit production run, our mission is the same: deliver accurate work, communicate honestly about timelines, and stand behind what leaves our shop.
What makes us different
Most shops specialize in machining, welding or industrial services. We run all three from a single Brampton facility.
Modern CNC turning and milling work alongside manual machines, so we're not limited to jobs that only make sense on a CNC program.
Stick rod, MIG and TIG welding are handled by our own welders — no subcontracting your weld work to a shop we don't control.
A single prototype part gets the same attention as a multi-thousand-unit production run. Our shop is built to flex to the job.
Two decades serving manufacturers across Brampton and the GTA has taught us what "on time" actually means.
From emergency on-site repairs to full shutdown support, our industrial services team is built for when downtime isn't an option.

Our Services
Two capability groups, one accountable shop: precision machining & fabrication, and full industrial plant support — all available to quote from a single Contact form.
Group 01
CNC and manual capability under one roof — from a single prototype to a long production run.
Multi-axis CNC lathes producing round, tight-tolerance parts from bar stock or castings, sized for prototype or production runs.
CNC milling for complex geometries, pockets and multi-face parts, programmed for repeatable accuracy on every run.
Fast-turn prototype and first-article parts so you can test, validate and move to production with confidence.
Established programs and tooling for consistent, quantity production runs — without sacrificing tolerance.
Manual lathes and mills for jobs that call for a hands-on setup, short runs, or work a CNC program doesn't suit.
Obsolete or undocumented part? We measure, model and reproduce it — no original drawing required.
On-part repair machining that restores worn components to spec instead of waiting on a full replacement.
Manual stick rod, MIG and TIG welding for structural steel, sheet metal and stainless applications.
Cutting, forming and welding raw material into finished custom assemblies to your specification.
Mechanical assembly of machined, welded and fabricated components into a completed, ready-to-ship unit.
Group 02
Beyond the machine shop — the on-site and plant-side support manufacturers need to stay running.
Non-abrasive CO2 blast cleaning that strips contamination from production equipment without disassembly or secondary waste.
Equipment, production line and full plant cleaning that keeps operations running at spec.
Planned shutdown crews and support so maintenance windows are used efficiently and safely.
Scheduled maintenance programs and hands-on mechanical work that catch problems before they become downtime.
Rebuilding and restoring worn industrial equipment to extend its service life instead of replacing it outright.
Contracted mechanical work and ongoing facility maintenance for plants that need a dependable outside partner.
On-site field crews and project support for installs, upgrades and multi-trade industrial projects.
Rapid-response crews for unplanned breakdowns, when every hour of downtime has a real cost.
Skilled labour support and general plant support staffing for projects that need extra hands.
Diagnostic troubleshooting that finds the root cause of a mechanical issue, not just the symptom.
The process
Four steps, one point of contact from quote to delivery.
Send a drawing, sample part, or describe the job. Upload it directly through our quote form or call the shop.
We review your specs and materials and come back with clear pricing and a realistic timeline — no guessing games.
Your job moves through our shop — CNC or manual machining, welding, fabrication, or on-site industrial work.
Every part is checked against spec before it ships, and every crew reports back before they leave site.
