About GS CNC Solutions

Two decades of Brampton manufacturing, still hands-on.

GS CNC Solutions took ownership of an established Brampton machine shop in 2005 and has grown it steadily ever since — into a team of skilled, experienced machinists and welders running modern CNC alongside manual equipment.

We qualify in many kinds of machining and welding — manual stick rod, MIG and TIG — and we welcome all business, whether it's a single prototype or a full quantity-production order.

About Us

20 Years of Precision Machining in Brampton, Ontario.

A skilled, hands-on team running modern CNC and manual machinery under one roof.

Our story

From an established shop to a full-service precision partner.

GS CNC Solutions Ltd of Brampton, Ontario assumed ownership of an existing machine shop in 2005. From that point forward, we've grown substantially — not by chasing every trend in manufacturing, but by reinvesting in people and equipment.

Today, that means a team of highly skilled, experienced machinists and welders working with some of the most modern manual and CNC-controlled machinery available, alongside equipment that's stood the test of time.

We qualify in many kinds of machining, and we weld using manual stick rod, MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) processes. We welcome all business — whether it's quantity production or a small, one-off job.

Today

A Full-Service Precision & Industrial Partner

From prototype machining to full industrial plant support, GS CNC Solutions handles it under one roof, for businesses of any size.

Our mission

Precision work, on schedule, without the excuses.

Whether it's a single prototype part or a multi-thousand-unit production run, our mission is the same: deliver accurate work, communicate honestly about timelines, and stand behind what leaves our shop.

  • Accuracy verified before a part ever leaves the shop
  • Realistic timelines, communicated up front
  • Every order size welcomed, from prototype to production
  • A skilled team that stands behind its own work

What makes us different

Six reasons manufacturers stick with us.

Full-Service, Under One Roof

Most shops specialize in machining, welding or industrial services. We run all three from a single Brampton facility.

Manual + CNC Hybrid Capability

Modern CNC turning and milling work alongside manual machines, so we're not limited to jobs that only make sense on a CNC program.

Every Welding Process, In-House

Stick rod, MIG and TIG welding are handled by our own welders — no subcontracting your weld work to a shop we don't control.

Any Order Size, Welcome

A single prototype part gets the same attention as a multi-thousand-unit production run. Our shop is built to flex to the job.

20 Years of Local Reliability

Two decades serving manufacturers across Brampton and the GTA has taught us what "on time" actually means.

Fast Response When Plants Can't Wait

From emergency on-site repairs to full shutdown support, our industrial services team is built for when downtime isn't an option.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

What materials can you machine?
We regularly machine and weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other common industrial metals. If you have a specific material or alloy in mind, include it with your drawing and we'll confirm it as part of your quote.
Do you take on small prototype jobs, or only large production runs?
Both. We built our shop to handle a single prototype part with the same attention as a multi-thousand-unit production order — you're never too small, or too large, to request a quote.
What welding processes do you offer?
Manual stick rod (SMAW), MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding, all performed in-house by our own welders.
How do I get a quote — can I upload a drawing?
Yes. Use the quote form on our Contact page to upload a drawing, PDF or CAD file along with your details, and we'll follow up with pricing and lead time. No drawing yet? Just describe the part or issue and we'll go from there.
Do you offer on-site or emergency industrial services?
Yes. Beyond machining and welding, our industrial services team handles on-site field work, plant shutdown support and emergency response when downtime isn't an option.
What areas do you service?
We're based in Brampton, Ontario and serve manufacturers and industrial plants across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario more broadly. Contact us to confirm service for your location.
